2. For what purpose(s) will we process your data and on what legal basis?

Your personal data is processed, in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, on the legal basis and for the purposes set out below:

a) Consent of the data subject

Your personal data will be processed, provided you have given us your consent, for the following purposes depending on the form from which your data has been collected:

  • To answer, in the first instance, and follow up on the queries/requests you have made through the contact channels. We understand that by filling in the contact forms and providing the necessary data, the interested party gives his consent to process his data for this purpose.
  • To communicate your personal data to other IVI Group companies for the purpose of responding to and following up on queries, requests, comments, doubts, complaints or any other concerns that you have sent us through the contact form.

We do not use fully automated decision-making processes as described in Article 22 of the GDPR. In the event that we employ this procedure from time to time, you will be informed of this and will have the right to obtain human intervention in the decision making process.

Your data may also be processed for the purpose of assessing various aspects (profiling) in order to be able to inform and advise you about our services based on your preferences.

4. To whom will your data be communicated?

To carry out all the purposes described above, FUNDACIÓN IVI relies on the collaboration of third party service providers, who may have access to personal data as a result of the execution of the contracted services. In any case, IVI FOUNDATION. follows strict criteria for the selection of such third parties in order to comply with its data protection obligations and signs with them the corresponding data protection agreement, where these third parties are obliged to comply with their data protection obligations, and specifically, to comply with the legal, technical and organizational measures, to process personal data for the agreed purposes, and the prohibition to process such personal data for other purposes or transfer to third parties.

5. How long will we keep your data?

FUNDACIÓN IVI will comply with the provisions of current legislation regarding the duty to delete personal information once the intended purpose has been achieved, or when you revoke your consent to the processing of the same, remaining at the exclusive disposal of Judges and Courts, the Public Prosecutor’s Office or the competent Public Administrations for the attention of possible liabilities arising from the processing, and only during the periods of description of such liabilities.
